A BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Allied Salt, LLC is a US based salt company focused on distributing the highest quality salt produced to end users and distributors worldwide.  The salt is produced by their wholly-owned subsidiary mining company, Inversiones Seromin Chile SpA, based out of Iquique, Chile. The company was formed in early 2015 by industry professionals specialized in commodity trading, mining in South America and maritime logistics. The mine is operational year round and it is managed by the company's offices in Iquique, Chile.  It produces only dry, white, mined rock salt, a very unique type of high grade salt, primarily found in Chile. The salt from Chile, in particular, can be sold for the industrial, chemical and agricultural industries. It is generally used as packaged salt for de-icing, animal feed, water conditioning, off-shore drilling, pool salt, animal feed, chlor-alkali process and detergent production, due to its unique qualities.

De-Icing
Fast-Acting on Ice
For municipalities, retail stores or end users, Chilean salt is dry and white, making it perfect for blending Calcium Chloride, treating with liquid magnesium and packaging, while avoiding any caking.
Pool Salt
Chlorination to Disinfect Pool Water
Perfect for a home pool, this salt is a fine, white mined rock salt. Â It is a comparable alternative to solar evaporated salt and perfect for any pool salt distributor or to prepare pool brines.
Water Conditioning
Ideal for Water Softeners
This is our coarser grade salt, specifically engineered for use in home water softeners and water conditioners. Calcium and Magnesium get removed from water to make it softer.
Chlor Alkali
Chemical Chlor-Alkali Electrolysis
Used for municipalities, packagers of laundry bleach, chemical distributors, large industrial users. Crucial in producing Muriatic Acid, Caustic Soda Liquid and Sodium Hypochlorite.
Feed Salt
Animal Grade Agricultural Salt
Used either free-choice feeding or as a mixing salt. Salt is a key component in livestock and poultry feed, because plants typically do not provide sufficient sodium and may also lack adequate chloride.
